"How to Make Cireng"
Cireng is a type of food originating from West Java, precisely in the city
of Bandung. Cireng is made with simple ingredients but with this simplicity it
is a popular food. This food is made from fish, eggs, flour accompanied by
various kinds of spices according to each taste. Not only delicious, Cireng is
also beneficial for the body.
3. 2 Egg Grain (Egg White)
4. 4 cloves of garlic
5. Salt to taste
6. 2 Pack Small Powder Broth
7. Cooking Oil
1. ¼ kg of brown sugar
2. Tamarind to taste
3. Salt to taste
4. 3 pieces of chili
5. 1 clove of garlic
6. Cucumber according to taste

The steps for making cireng :
1. Put the fish, garlic, egg white, salt and powdered broth into the blender.
2. Then, blend until smooth
7. Transfer the dough to the pan
1. chop the garlic until smooth, then also chop the chili
2. Prepare boiling water, then add pieces of garlic, chili, brown sugar, tamarind to taste and salt to taste
5. Cut the cucumber into two parts, then remove the cucumber seeds
6. After that, cut the cucumber into small pieces
7. When the sauce is cooked, remove from heat and strain the sauce from the chopped garlic, chili, and tamarind
8. The cireng sauce is finished.

Tips for making cireng
1. Cook on the stove, stirring constantly so that it doesn't burn. If it
thickens, remove it immediately.
2. Wait for the dough to become warm (don't let it get really cold) because
the dough will be difficult to form and become hard
3. When formed, sprinkle with tapioca flour to prevent it from sticking.
